All sales through Cherry Brand are final. Refunds are not offered. However, if a product has faults associated with production we offer to repair or exchange the item.
In the event a faulty product is received, Cherry Brand will happily compensate for return shipping. We recommend any returns are mailed with a traceable carrier and insured for the full value of each product. Cherry Brand will not be responsible for missing parcels.

Faults do not include natural markings, branding of hides and colour variation. Such marks and variations are all part of the natural material.
We do not exchange goods with damage through misuse, general wear and tear, stretching and softening of materials or stains and water damage.
